To the north and east the country has outlet to the Atlantic Ocean. The country is situated in four time zones. Climate also varies depend of location from equatorial to subtropical. Brazil is the only country in the New World, which was colonized by Portugal, not Spain, and Brazil still speaks Portuguese. Brazil is a country in which people love holidays very much. A year begins with a fabulous New Year, and ends in February-March, with a Carnival, and the rest of the year, people prepare for these holidays.
