Fridays After Five in Full Swing

(And One’s Free)

A reminder that the Science Center’s popular

Fridays After Five program has returned for the

season. Come to the Maryland Science Center

on Friday evenings, beginning at 5pm and see all

the exhibits, a planetarium show, IMAX film, and

live science all for just $8 per person. Members can

attend Fridays After Five completely free of charge.

Fridays After Five is a great way to spend an evening

with family and friends downtown seeing all the Science

Center has to offer for one low price. Plus, on clear nights, the

Observatory is open for gazing at the night sky up on the roof.

Exhibit halls are open until 8pm, the Observatory is open until

10:30pm weather permitting. Visitors to the Observatory do

not need to purchase a Fridays After Five ticket—rooftop

admission is free for everyone.

IMAX film titles change each week so be sure to check the

posted schedule at www.marylandsciencecenter.org for the film

that is showing on the Friday you plan to visit. IMAX admission

is included with your Fridays After Five ticket.

As part of the annual FreeFall Baltimore promotion the Friday,

October 29th Fridays After Five will be FREE for everyone.

On this evening only, admission to Fridays After Five has no

admission fee. There are no advance reservations necessary

(and no advance ticket sales) but all IMAX and planetarium

admissions are on a first-come, first-served basis. To learn
