International Choir Festival - Competition “Kaunas Cantat 2011"
We invite You to take part in international choir festival competition "Kaunas Cantat 2011". You will have possibility not only take part in the program of the festival - competition but also join unique feast of Kaunas city. During Festival - competition "Kaunas Cantat 2011" there also will be held international medieval festival of union of Hansa cities.
Festival concerts with Your performances will be held in the best concerts halls, churches and monasteries of Kaunas city. You will have possibilities to choose recreational sightseeing tours to the most beautiful places of Lithuania. We suggest You take tours to the capital city Vilnius and Trakai castle near it, Pazaislis monastery in Kaunas, open-air folk museum of Rumsiskes, tour to the hill of crosses near Siauliai, geographical centre of Europe, park of soviet sculpture in Druskininkai, recreational programs in Baltic sea area and many other impressive places. Festival is sponsored by Kaunas Municipality and Curia of Kaunas Archdiocese. Applications are accepted until 30th of March, 2011.
